This service lets guests print documents from their smartphones and laptops to the PrintSpot enabled printer at the hotel's business center.

The PrinterOn mobile printing solution makes it possible for Comfort Inn guests to print wirelessly from a laptop or smartphone to a PrintSpot enabled printer in the hotel's business center. To print, guests simply use their browser to go to the hotel's PrintSpot web portal and follow the simple instructions. They can then go to the business center to pick up their print job.
With more and more business travelers leaving their laptops behind, guests can also use their smartphones to print from anywhere such as the airport, lobby, taxi or shuttle to the PrintSpot enabled printer in the hotel's business center. It is as simple as sending an email. The guest emails the attachment they want to print to the unique printer email address at the Comfort Inn Suites. They are sent a release code that they use to release the job when they arrive at the hotel. They simply enter the release code on the keypad at the printer and their job will print.
